	To select a contact based on their first or last name simply apply the following 3 rules: 1. If the letters you need to spell the name are visible in the menu select them by moving the joystick in that direction 2. If the letters you need are not there, click the joystick in to get the next set of letters 3. If you accidentally click past the letter(s) you want, click Back (the right function key) to go back Repeat the above steps until you have completed the name (spelt it out right up to the end symbol "»") then select the action you want to perform:  Dial their mobile phone Dial their land line Send them an SMS Send them an Email Bring up their Contacts record
