AutoStart is a tool which allows you to automatically launch chosen applications and/or documents on restart of your Nokia Communicator. You can also launch them whenever you want from the AutoStart application. It is also possible launch a single application or document.

AutoStart provides following functions:

Adding applications To add an application press the Add application button or choose the Add Application command from File menu. You will see the dialog containing the list of available applications on which you can choose an application you want to add to your list.

Adding documents To add a document press the Add document button or choose the Add Document command from File menu. You will see the standard open dialog on which you can choose a document you want to add to your list. You can?t add a file to your list that is not associated to any of available applications.

Launching automatically When your Nokia Communicator restarts (e.g. after removing the battery or by software restart) all the applications and/or documents on your AutoStart?s list are launched automatically in the chosen order. It means that the application or document that is the last one on your list will be in foreground.

Launching from application To launch all the applications and/or documents from your list choose the Run all command from the Actions menu. To launch the single application or document, move a selection bar to it (up and down keys) and then choose the Run entry command from the Actions menu or press the combination of Ctrl+R keys.
