possibilities: pair-of-Jacks-or-better (1:1), 2-pairs (1:2), 3-of-a-kind (1:3), straight (1:4),
flush (1:5), full house (1:8), 4-of-a-kind (1:25), 4 jacks/queens/kings (1:40), straight flush (1:50)
and four aces (1:80).
