Straight from CTIA in San Francisco, Nokia have announced Preminet, a storefront geared towards Operators, that will provide software, themes, ringtones and other mobile paraphernalia. Nokia will control a central catalogue, and Operators who sign up can choose which items appear in their portfolio. Brand-able client software for the user to download from the Operator. This will provide the ability to get demos of applications, and provide a payment route to be billed. But what does it all mean?Sync or swim?

Nokia's N-Gage unit is one of three game units available to a Helsinki based team of gamers attempting to break the world record for continuous playing of computer games (reports N-Gage.com and Nokia). Passers by can grab another unit and join in with bluetooth gameplay of Fifa 2005. Given the other units are going to be a PC and a Playstation 2, All About N-Gage can only assume the N-Gage is in the mix so they can go to the toilet without jeporadising the record attempt.Do You All Want Previews?

In the past we've always held of going into depth on games until they are released, restricting ourselves to screenshots and broad strokes in the Games Database.
