No Connection between 7650 und ALLNET Bluetooth Adapter

I can't get a connection between my new 7650 Nokia
mobile phone and my Win98 PC with an ALLNET 1572
Bluetooth USB Adapter.

The USB Bluetooth Adapter uses WIDCOMM
Driver (2-6-2002).
If I try to add a new connection with
My Bluetooth Places -> Add Bluetooth Connection
the search gives no results
"The search for devices is finished, no device
responded."

Aaaaarrrgh. Any Idea ?

Yes. Of course. You can see
the black dot at the top right
corner if BT is on.

Do you really use the same configuration ?
(Win98, ALLNET 1572 Bluetooth USB Adapter,
WIDCOMM driver, Nokia 7650 ?)

Yesterday I tried to get a connection for
several hours. It is annoying.

I would like to know if it is possible to
get a connection with this configuration.

You could try searching here, or with google.
Any driver set that uses widcomm stack should work.
billionton, msi, ...

Thanks. You are right.
I finally got a connection with a
new WIDCOMM 1.2.2.15 driver from
http://www.allnet.de/ftp/pub/allnet/bluetooth/

This was really annoying. The driver
on the CD (1.2.2.9) that was delievered with
the USB adapter was nearly one year old !
It just doesn't work with this old driver.
:-?

I use version 1.3.7 with my mitsumi usb dongle (that normally only works with mitsumi bluetooth suite)

got it from
http://www.billionton.com.tw/extra/download.htm
(btusb driver)

Does anyone know where I can get new drivers for my PCMCIA BT card.
The usbs one don't ever want to install cause it's say there is no device present.
The manafactures drivers are dated 2001...

Any ideas?
