M600i won't reboot! PLEASE HELP!

After updating my M600i phone I am not able to reboot it. When I turn it on it just stay with black screen and turned keys.

I have tried to update it again but I got the message 'already have latest firmware'...

PLEASE COULD ANYBODY HELP!?!?
