[Messaging] Grouping?

Apologies if it's been asked before (I couldn't find anything via search) however I just switched over from a WinMo phone where messages were grouped as conversations. Is this possible with the E71x?

Thanks!

Smile No automatic grouping

I don't know the name , but I believe there will be a third party App that can do the conversations grouping .
I use the manual method : make folders in Messaging and name them like : Paul , Angelina , Coca Cola , Family or whatever .
An advice : use Options > Settings > Other for preserving the Messages on Memorycard . This saves the internal memory and it also more safe in case of possible future caveats with the phone .

Any suggestions on a specific app? I tried Conversation (e60 3.1) from betalabs however it didn't work.

If it helps this is what my phone shows:
Software Version
V 03.28
Software version date
17-08-09
Custom version date
08-21-09
Language set
6000.01
Model
E71X
Type
RM-462
Latest update
Not updated

If I go to options > check for updates it doesn't update anything so I'm inclined to say the OS is current?

Smile Fake ?

Could it be that you've got a fake - Chinese - E71 ? Software V 03.28 doesn't look very similar to the regular software versions of the Nokia E71 :

I hope its not fake lol, I got it new from ATT. Oh well, I'll just continue using the default messaging style. No big deal.
