firmware help in malaysia

anyone has updated their firmware in malaysia before? after updating your firmware do you have the following problems:-

1. phone unstable, problem, buggy
2. phone casing loose, or similar case?

i would like to update my firmware, but i have no confident here. i wonder they have proper tools for it?

I updated mine at the Sunway Pyramid. works fine now.

you updated it from wht version to what version and how muc you pay for it?

get it done at O'connors. The Zitron NSCs SUCK big time, they had only v3.16. I did mine 2 months ago at O'Connors (v4.39). If your nokia not O'connors then bayar-ler.
