NO NAME????

Can anyone help with a little problem. Since the other day, when my girlfriend rings me, her name doesnt come up on the display anymore, just her number. Her name is still in my contacts and she hasnt changed any settings on her phone. I thought Id try putting a post up here before I start raking around my phone looking for the problem.

You have that same number twice on the phonebook.
Just delete the other entry.

Im quite clued up about the 7650 but I would have never worked that out in a million years, but you were right.(And I got a reply within minutes)

That particular problem has been bugging me for months too!
And I'm supposed to know what I'm doing!

When you think about it, it kinda makes sense - if it's in there twice how does the phone know which contact to show!
