From iPhone to N97 mini? An opinion from the other side!

In the UK....

n97mini on tmoile 24 months @£15 + £5 internet + initial cost £110 +8GB sd(class4) £25 =£615 for two years with internet.

iphone 3gs 16gb vodaphone 24 months@£35 + initial £88 = £928

So like for like comparison in the UK is stupid because iphone costs over 50% more.

If you stip away the data costs (which is difficult as these are more of a sellers market)...say £15 per month then the equipment cost comparison becomes a joke....

N95mini = £255
iphone 3GS 16GB = 568

Thats a whopping 122% more to own the 16GB iphone.

The mini will become expandable to 40GB soon with 32GB micro sd(rumoured to be on its way)
