Im having loads of trouble with this at the moment.
Im on orange in the UK.
On thursday I was getting problems with my p800, i kept getting memory low errors even though I had plenty of space so i did a master reset. I lost all my settings / contacts etc, luckly I have contacts synced so I could get them back.
Ive spoke to 2 different people on the 156 Orange help line to help me get this sorted and they have sent me numerous updates, but they havent seemed to work. I get the feeling they really dont know what they are doing at times.
Anyone got any ideas of how to fix these back to the orginal settings.
I found that the updates Orange have sent out haven't always worked . But the ones on the SE website, using the configurators do. So give them a try instead and see how things transpire.
