Opera release beta of Opera Mobile 10 for S60
Opera have released a beta version of Opera Mobile for S60 smartphones. Sporting the same user interface as the recently updated Opera Mini, Opera Mobile provides an alternative browser to that built into the majority of handsets, and first impressions on the beta are good. Highlights include an easy to navigate tabbed browsing experience, a number of thumbnails cropping up to aid navigation, and a lot of performance tweaks. Read on for more.
Read on in the full article.

I get the 'Out of Memory' messages on my 5800 as well. After closing Opera Mobile DeviceInfo shows about 25MB of free memory.
Using a beta... bugs come with the territory First impressions are positive, but I think I shall stick with Opera Mini for most of my browsing due to the memory issue.

There's no T9 on this so I'd still have to stick to the default browser for text heavy browsing like replying to forum comments. My only concern is, this beta from Opera took years to come, I wonder how long would they take to release an update.

I feel your pain, Nokia people. I just went into about :config and changed ram and disk cache setting from funny 2-5MB to 8-16MB for (docs, figures, svg) bringing total ram cache to around 40MB. And I still have not had out of memory errors. Oops. I have Omnia HD i8910. Sorry folks.

I own an N82. I haven't seen an out of memory either. Don't try to be smug like the i-boys, your phone is nothing more than a Nokia manufactured by a third party.
On another note, I just took it through the acid3 test. Here's what I found.

So far...
Well, I've had nothing BUT "Memory full" messages...but in the brief seconds in between it is fast! Alas, I doubt it'll ever play nice with my ageing N95.

Crap No Predictive text.
No Predictive text, which is not that big of a deal, but I can not get the "=" sign nor the select symbol screen. I do like the start page, very Safari, and I also love the Taps. Brilliant!

Go into the settings menu and Advanced...turn off in-line editing for the phones built in text input.
