N95 8GB microphone problem

Hi guys, for some reason when I replaced my N95 8Gb housing the microphone stopped working, I can hear the other person on the other side but she can't hear me?????

I tried everything that I remember such as doing factory reset and and hard reset as it shows on one of your threads.

Just realise that usb cable is not making conection with computer???

Please can someone tell me what can that be!!!!!
