For what it's worth was taking mine back for Cam and GPS repair to Regent St Flagship Store yesterday (Mon 19th) and was told by one of the trendy mothership minions (before they told me couldn't take my phone because they're not set up to take non-UK N97's and to go to CPW - I thought they were meant to be a multinational hahahahaha) that V20 which would fix all my problems (yeah right) would be out within a week. So mebbe just mebbe it is imminent which ties in of course with N97-mini launch. And then we can all figure out that it hasn't really helped and it's still a heap of poo
