To create a folder

Hi everyone

I want to create a folder in the device on running my appliction.
Im using S60 3rd edition.
The folder has to be created in the run time not in the build time.
Folder must be empty.

Do you mean a menu folder (submenu) or a file system folder (subdirectory)?
