Dear friend,

I'm hoping you can join me on an emergency petition from
citizens around the world to the U.N. Security Council. The
petition's going to be delivered to the 15 member states of
the Security Council on MONDAY, MARCH 10.

If hundreds of thousands of us sign, it could be an enormously
important and powerful message -- people from all over the
world joining in a single call for a peaceful solution. But
we really need everyone who agrees to sign up today. You can

The stakes couldn't really be much higher. A war with Iraq
could kill tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians and inflame
the Middle East. According to current plans, it would require
an American occupation of the country for years to come. And
it could escalate in ways that are horrifying to imagine.

We can stop this tragedy from unfolding. But we need to speak
together, and we need to do so now. Let's show the Security
Council what world citizens think.

Well .. maybe non of you there think about the life of the Iraqi people … I DO!!! Living under Saddam’s rule is the worst thing that could happen to them … go see if that list includes the name of any Iraqis living outside Iraq.
Its ridiculous that the ppl of the world choose what they think is best for the Iraqi people while the Iraqi ppl are clearly against Saddam and want to get rid of him by any mean necessary …
Saddam gassed the Kurds … entered a war with Iran that left 1,000,000 ppl dead and invaded Kuwait … but I think that no one cares about what he does unless he shows up in your backyard invading your country of sending some sort of lunatic with a chemical component to you city ,… then and only then you might think of opposing him!
Its sad how history repeats it self… Saddam is just the reincarnation of Hitler … and no one really gave a DAMN until he started to threaten them directly!!!

Peace … peace at what price???

but war is not the only solution for this. there are still alot of options and one of that options is to disarmed Saddam, remove him on his positions by any means but not by war as millions of innocent life would be in danger if that happens. have mercy esp on those innocent children.

I am against any war. I don't think Saddam is a "good guy", but goin' there and bombing is just wrong. It's just not a solution.

And this war is not done to "free poor Iraqi people". Don't believe that. It's the big $$$$ that moves all the world :cry:
