Please help! p800 problem

Everytime I make or recieve a phonecall I hear this annoying sound and get this icon. Can someone tell me what this is and how I can fix it.

This ounds like a Network problem more than a phone problem. I could be wrong but check to see if your network might be sending you data calls or faxes. Or if the caller ID info is send in some strange format. This is however an uneducated guess.
