E75 - Synchronising on E75 Calendar and Contacts

I am having difficulty synchronising Contacts and Calendar using Mail for Exchange on my E75. Email works fine. Nokia say that it is an internal corporate IT issue. My IT department says it is a Nokia issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem and found a fix for it?
