Difference between map updater and map loader?

I'm confused (as usual )

What's the difference?. The one below won't install on my PC - loads of DLL errors.

Then there is this one - installs ok but just sits there saying it's waiting for the phone and does nothing else.

EDIT: Right, got the Updater working - this just installs the map app on the phone, and so the uploader must the one I want - just need to get that to work now!

Nokia Maps Updater .. checks your OVI MAPS application for new versions and upgrades it if needed
Nokia Map Loader .. is an application that is used to upload latest maps to your phone.. also is used to transfer voices for navigation to the mobile
