Personal Java programs

I want to write some programs in PJava for P800.
I have installed J2SDK and have tried to compile some test program.
How do I get it to the executable file for P800 (e.g. - .SIS form).
On what platform I have to test ?

Please help ....

Hello, for the compilation you can either use a free J2SDK or a commercial IDE such as "Metrowerks Wireless Studio 7".
You need the UIQ SDK to get access to the packaging tools needed for turning the Java application into a P800 installable application.
The tools work on Windows (PC).

See the P800 Java Developer Guidelines at:

What about the C++ part?
Once I've got the SDK, which C++ compilers will it work with?
GCC?

For native development, and emulation in particular, the UIQ SDK is configured to work only with any of the two Metrowerks Codewarrior for SymbianOS IDE editions (Professional or Personal). This is an arrangement between Symbian and Metrowerks who jointly supply the build environment for the UIQ platform.
