Not exactly. Google do have its applications but all stand alone application.

I have to say, the Gmail application is a bit dissapointing. It doesn't allow you to save attachments and for example if you receive a PPS presentation, it doesn't show it to you.

At first I was quite happy with it, but now i'm a bit dissapointed.

Anyone know what mail app i can use, which is better?

Probably you are looking for this answer : since I regulary use MiniOpera http://mini.opera.com/ browsing the Web , I made a bookmark in MiniOpera for the full Gmail : http://mail.google.com/mail/ . This allowes download of attachments . However I don't have experience with PPS . But this should work as well .
