How to use GPS applications on PC via Mobiles?

Dear All,
We all know that you can connect your pc to internet via mobile phones using pc suite.
My question is : can we connect the pc to the mobile phone satellite GPS to use the GPS applications on pc instead of the small phone screen?
Please advice

Im sure theres a python script somewhere that lets you do this.

Dont know any decent sat nav software for PC though.
