edit class file

Hi ladies and gentleman..longtime ago i found an application in this site http://www.sx1.ru/ adress,it's using for changing application's language into any language we want..and this application can read find 'class' file.but now i lost that application and i don't remember it name..how i can find it?i need it so much..could you help me?please
