Outlook synch problem

I managed successfully to synch my contacts, agenda, tasks and notes between Outlook on my PC and my 5800. Annoyed that the suppressed tasks still appeared on the 5800 calendar, I synched again agenda, contacts and notes with option "suppress all data from Nokia and replace by data from PC"...And now, all my contacts, agenda and notes have vanished from the 5800, and when I try to synch again, they are not transferred anymore, although OVI software says "Synch successful". Synch of music/photos work OK. Also, strangely enough, on the 5800, in "parameters/connectivity/data transfer/sync/options/modify sync mode", the "data carrier" (porteuse de données in french) is locked on bluetooth and cannot be changed. Any idea anyone? My firmware is 11.0.008 and OVI says no new firmware available; also when I connect 5800 to PC, although it is recognized, it automatically offers the choice to transfer using Windows Media Player, which I decline since I want to use OVI, which works fine except outlook synch. I am getting desperate. Help!

Problem solved by resetting to factory standards; all parameters now to be set again!

I am now having a "sync" problem after setting the suite to overwrite my phone data I now get the follwing error when trying to sync data to the phone! anyone else had this beauty yet?

Not sure what idle state is........... anyone?

Possible Solution

Please check your Synchronisation settings and ensure your phone is in the Idle state, then restart the Synchronisation.
