Okay after trapsing through those chinese forums i managed to get the N-Gage application installed and working.
You need to get a dev cert:

Its a memory booster, If your getting a "Kern Exec 03" error everytime you open a game, its due to a RAM problem. Restart your phone and try running with NOTHING in the background.

Installation:
To install games, drag them to the N-Gage folder. the n-gage app will recognise them itself.

Okay, N-gage wasn't made for this phone so it doesn't run the smoothest. It is slow at times so you need to give it time, i had to run in WiFi to download trials for games but im sure you could run it in a good 3G connection. (GPRS DOESN'T WORK)
I still haven't finnished downloading first game yet so if this doesn't work fully its not my fault. but getting to this point is amazing.
