I450 samsung content copier not restoring the contacts

Hi..

there is some issues with my phone so i have give it to service centre after taking the backup with samsung PC studio 7 -content copier it takes the bakup of all the contacts, messages & notes and when i got it back and then restore the backup from content copier. However when I checked - nothing had been restored.. all of 450 + contacts was lost. i try to opened the backup ".nbu" file with notepad and discovered that everything was backed up properly, just not restored... so I surfed and discovered several people reporting the same problem but with nokia phones and nokia also provide some nokia contact transfer tool..

but it works with nokia phones only so provide my some solution for the same
