Unable to upgrade my N95 to 31.0.014

I am currently using Nokia N95 (RM 159) with v.30.0.015 in Pakistan. I have heard about the release of a newer v.31.0.014. But whenever I connect my N95 to PC and start Software Updater, it displays that my phone is currently up to date i.e., 30.0.015. It doesn't show any newer v.31.0.014.
I don't know what to do. Please help. And also let me know would it be better to upgrade to this latest version. I heard it is completely hack prrof.

Could be a number of reasons. Is your phone debranded?

Also, I've heard that Nokia retracted the v31 firmware because of language bugs although I can't be sure because I've already updated mine.

I am also unable to upgrade to the newer firmware..
It was available for me to download a few days ago, but I didnt have the time to do it then, and so now when I try to upgrade it states that I have the most current version already, which is V30.xxx

I also get 30.x (debranded). I guess that they have removed it for some reason.
