Nokia E71 to come in black and red?

Well spotted that man. At Nokia World 2008, jet black and red versions of the E71 were spotted strutting their stuff. And it seems that there's a fighting chance that these will make it to market at some point. Photo proof here, courtesy of the E71 blog.

Give me a 5 Mpixel edition and I'll buy it in any color except pink.

Is it weird to want to change current grey steel E71 for black one? Why didnt they just release the black version right in the beginning.

Great news! The lousy two-tone colouring of the current e71 had kept me from buying it. It gave it a cluttered look. If the black comes out, I'll get one. Red may be nice too.

Still, I'd really prefer a matte plastic version - saves weight and doesn't smudge.
