Nice option for US Nokia owners

Nice article, especially the point about obscurity versus piracy. I use a Nokia 6120c here in the US, and have been hoping Nokia will open its Music Store here, but alas, they haven't yet. But I found a great option for OTA music downloads (albeit not free): Amazon! Using the phone's web browser, I can go straight to Amazon MP3 download page, find the song I want, purchase it, and download it straight to my phone. Takes awhile, since I'm in a location T-Mobile hasn't rolled out 3G for yet, but it works fine for me. It even correctly displays the album art when I open the song in the Music Player. Brilliant.

Magnatune's entire catalogue is freely downloadable (albeit only an album at a time). They have some great music, and they're not evil.

Deezer.com

For free, legal streaming music, I'd recommend http://www.deezer.com over last.fm any day. They don't offer MP3 downloads, but their huge variety is unrivaled in the legal free online music scene.
