Problem Sending sms messages

I have a problem sending my sms message using my nokia 9210 it says that message moved to outbox i need to open the PDA to send it manually what can I do to fix the problem please I really need help please!!!!!!

Open messaging.
Press shift/ctrl/T.
choose "sms"
Set "send sms" to direct.

Open your PDA and then go to Messaging, press Menu, go to Tools and then Account settings (or press CTRL + SHIFT + T). Select Short message and at send short message choose Immediately....
If it's not that... I don't know anything else... sorry

I have the same problem too even though the sending setting has been turned into IMMEDIATELY. I think it is due to the system error that needs to be fixwd and reinstalled

it is probably a software bug on earlier versions...

a quick fix is to go to file manager, "restore from memory card" (if you do backups), and restore only the ff. files smssegst.dat, smsreast.dat and schedules.dat... then remove ur battery to reset. hope this helps...

ive suddenly developed a new problem. when i use the cursor keys to go from INBOX down to OUTBOX & then to DRAFTS, as soon as it reaches it shows me the following error & shuts down.

Application closed

Application Messaging
Reason Code E32USER-CBase
Reason number 21

but if my INBOX is selected & i press the key 'S' it goes down to SENT folder bypassing the DRAFT folder & works perfectly fine.

can anyone throw some light on this problem?
please dont tell me to format, i got so many things configured just prefect now...even my profiles are set to my perfect situation [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

I think you'll have to delete your message store to get rid of the CBase 21 thing. Shift+Ctrl+X then delete it. I sounds like it's got corrupted somehow.

thanks it worked prrfectly. all's fine in message land now.
only one small question, does this mean that one of the messages that came to me were corrupt or is it some virus like clone? or was it some problem with filing them in different folders?

i had the same problem... it's not a virus or clone or something like that...
I'm using emessenging and when you try to send a sms via eMessenging and then you have the message Not Supported it sends to Drafts folder an empty unknown SMS that's why we have that error msg...
How did I fix it?
I've uninstalled the eMessenging, I went in the Drafts folder and deleted the unsupported msg and then I reinstalled the eMessenging...

hey this would have been a better way of doing it. i used the shift+ctrl+x method & lost all my data & the extra folders i had created & my email settings.
thankfully i had all my imp messages written down as well.

PS- at the end of this month im going on a holiday to germany & london & maybe will do a bit more of europe. any pleaces any1 can suggest where i can lay my hands on some face panels & other accessorie for teh n9210?
