E71 Battery - Loose When Door Off

Does anyone have this problem with the battery on the E71?

When the back door is off the battery literally can just fall out on its own. My Nokia E61 and E61i never had this problem. You would "snap" the battery in and it would stay there even if the back door was off.

nope this isn't a problem on my e71, the battery is nice and tight. Even with the phone upside down and cover off the battery is snug answer doesn't come out.

Question is why are you using the phone with the battery cover off

the real question is why do you keep the battery cover off the phone?
this cover is meant to be on the phone...
