Contacts.... HELP

I have contacts on my phone, but also on my SIM. I received a SMS yesterday and by "Sender" it said the name from the SIM (which was slightly different from the one in the phone).

Now, I like to delete all contacts from my SIM, but I don't like to delete them all manually... Is there a quick way to delete the contacts on the SIM all at once??? Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Not in the P800. I used a Nokia 7110 (my old lovable cellphone) to do it.
