Disappearing mailbox?
I have not been able to track down exactly what might be causing this, but my brand new 6120 seems to be dropping/losing the mailbox account I set up on it. The first time it happened I figured it was a fluke or I did something. Then I set it up again. It's now disappeared once more. This is a rather odd problem I've NEVER had on a phone before. I cannot pinpoint any particular action that I have taken on the phone that would cause this to occur. I've tested it by turning the phone on/off, changing profiles, themes, but so far nothing. It seems to happen overnight. I'll be watching more closely what exactly it is.
If it were a more minor setup consideration, I wouldn't be so annoyed, but setting up a mailbox with all of the various settings is time consuming.
In the meantime is there any way to backup a mailbox setup so I can just restore it again when this happens again? I assume it will.

Weird... Backup, as far as I know, no! Check if you have the last firmware version inside. Last one: RM-243 V 5.11

The software updater is telling me 4.21 is the latest and that my phone already has it. Where else can I find the 5.11 firmware?

I'll give the separate update software a try tonight. Is there a manifest for the 5.11 update? What's been fixed there?

Maybe you have the last one for your Product Code. Some others have the version V05.11 from 21-04-2008. If you have the last one, nothing to do from that side
