Help: Data Transfer Issue

Hello,

Just go the N95-8GB but for some reason when I connect the serial cable to my computer I can't access the data transfer mode. I get some message -mass memory used by another application...Could someone please let me know why this is happening?

I get that sometimes too. Don't know why but if switch the phone off then on again it cures the problem.

I had the same problem a while ago on my N95-1 but then i realized that I used a theme that i had istalled to the memory card. try changing your theme maybe that will solve your problem.

I don't know what's causing this. Is there anyway to do a master reset where i put the phone back to its original specs?

Dial *#7370# + reformat the memory card (with the "Memory" app on the phone).
