Okay,

The 2Gb MMC Card i ordered for my n70 has arrived today the only problem being is that it won't format. It shows absolutley nothing on the disk when i put it in my card reader on my MAC,

When i try to reformat it, It fills up the bar and then the phone just freezes.
I can't reformat it on my mac cos i don't have a bloody clue how and i don't have access to a windows PC.

Can anyone help me, ?

Cheers,

Thats great but only problem being that there's no MS-DOS in the drop down selection box.

theres only

Mac OS Extended ( Journaled )
Mac OS Exteded
Mac OS Exteded ( Case-Sensitive Journaled )
Mac OS Exteded ( Case-Sensitive )
Unix

Sorry, cant help there, I dont use Macs. Could try searching google further though, theres bound to be someone with the same problem.

Any idea how to do it on a PC running vista basic ?

It's possible i could be bothered to grab it and charge the lump or crap :L

Same way you do it on XP I imagine. Right click on the drive letter, and choose it from the options. If its different, it wont be too hard to find.

But all this is assuming the card isnt corrupt or anything.

I bought this one for about 15 so yeah.. It only arrived today so im gonna go ahead and claim it was faulty :L

No, It's gone tits up. Can anyone verify what the maximum capacity of MMC Card the nokia N70 is compatible with ?
