2D code reader format

Anyone knows anything about formatting 2d code? I mean situation like this:

We want to use RAW code generator to generate our business card.
This could look like this:

N: Firstname Lastname
TEL: 4484211923
MAIL: foo@bar.com
URL: http://foo.bar.com/

And it almost look like this, but... Tag "N:" wont work and I dont know why.

Anyone has a clue? (other tags are interpreted well, and im not interested in creating business cards by using business-card-ready sites which has too less fields i need, and cannot double entries - for example, few phone numbers).

When I tried this I came to the conclusion that the best thing to do is put a 2D code that represents a url. The reader browses to the url, which contains a full, standard Vcard, which can then be added to the reader's contacts. Oh, I forgot, data is against your religion, isn't it?

Nope, when i use WLAN it isnt ;P. By the way, its good idea but it doesnt use automation like "save to contacts" and this is what i primarily want.
