It only does that if you go through the forums, you can get to the story if you're browsing the actual site.
But yes, we do need to fix that forum bug... sorry it's still there! :-(

I've been working on this bug today (or rather an underlying cause). So hopefully this problem will go away shortly. In the mean time I have edited the link manually.

I think I have now fixed this bug (at least it worked in my tests)! Sorry it took so long to fix.
