N95 8GB - Device memory or Mass memory?
Hey again,
which one is a better place to place apps in N95 8GB, Device memory or Mass memory? If I have all the apps in the Device memory, will I have to install them all over and over again after update?

i install all apps to the phone memory, not the mass memory. phone memory exists for apps, and i think it runs much smoother. the mas memory always gives problems. but yes you will have to re-install all apps regardless, unless you have the newest firmware which saves user data and apps.

I usually install apps to Mass Memory. My ONLY reason for this is when you format the N95 internal memory, the apps in Mass Memory (mostly) automatically re-install. Some .SIS apps, and most JAVA apps do not re-install automatically, but it still helps save time after formatting or Firmware upgrades. I also keep copies of all .SIS and .JAR install files on my mass memory so that I can easily re-install manually if the auto re-install doesn't work.
I have never experienced problems others mention when installing apps to mass memory. I have owned 6680, N70, N80 and N95-1 and all stable with apps installed on mass memory.

Yeah, they do auto-reinstall, but not all of them. I have 30 apps, and only half of them do auto-reinstall. Anyway there is usually about 100 MB free on C: and when you have lots of apps and now N-Gage with games it could be a little problem with space..
