Any risks to changing the product code?

Hey all, I wanna change my N95 8gb's product code from the default one to the EURO1 code.

Are there any risks to changing the code? And how can I avoid them? I plan to follow the sticky instructions and I won't use a code from the classic N95 or anything like that...could something still happen?

Well I have a n95 8GB with no updated firmware (just got it). Can I change it to;

0549487 - EURO1

Will it be for my model?

0550348 - FRANCE
0550352 - ALPS
0549487 - EURO1
0550359 - EURO2
