Sony Ericsson Media Studio 3.2

i have downloaded this to my computer and paid for it! when i run programe it says it can not register files and the code

....005f7xbutton.ocx ....comes up,

also when i registered on mobile9 web site it asked me to enter the pin number i have been sent to my email address, i have been sent the pin but cant find where you enter it as i am not getting prompt for it

please help as i have paid for this product and cant use it ,can i get a refund?

...iam using a windows xp computer and w960i mobile
