my super (upto date version) no longer manages to encode FLV videos from you tube that I have downloaded. Ive used realplayer download manager to download them. If I use Vixy it seems to work.
Is everyone elses having the same problem?
it used to work...
•Set the ‘Output Container’ to MP4
•Set the ‘Output Video Codec’ to H.264/AVC
•Set the ‘Output Audio Codec’ to AAC
•Set the ‘Video Scale Size’ to 320:240 and the aspect ratio to 4:3
•Set the ‘Frame/Sec’ to 25 and the bitrate to 384kbps
•Set the ‘Sampling Frequency’ to 44100, then click on 2 channels
•Set the ‘Bitrate’ to 128kbps
Finally, press ‘Encode (Active Job List Files) and wait for the program to finish. Once it has finished and you have located where the new file has been saved all that remains is to transfer to your phone and enjoy!

You’re not asking for much are you! Here are the settings to use:
•Set the ‘Output Container’ to MP4
•Set the ‘Output Video Codec’ to MPEG-4
•Set the ‘Output Audio Codec’ to AAC
•Set the ‘Video Scale Size’ to 640:480 and the aspect ratio to 4:3
•Set the ‘Frame/Sec’ to 25 and the bitrate to 432kbps
•Set the ‘Sampling Frequency’ to 44100, then click on 2 channels
•Set the ‘Bitrate’ to 128kbps
I recommend you tick the ‘Use DirectShow’ box on the top right again, and then drag the file you want to encode into the box at the bottom.
Press ‘Encode (Active Job List Files) and wait for the program to finish. Once it has finished and you have located where the new file has been saved, transfer it to your phone!
