Contacts Error

hi,
just got my n82 today and am very impressed,
the only thing i cannot fathom is that i copied all contacts to my sim moved it to another phone, n82 copied to contacts. now when someone rings even if i have there number stored it does not show who is calling,

any ideas i am stuck

You need to make sure the contacts are stored on your phone only, delete them from your SIM.

hi jay
thats done done it loads of times even bluetoothed loads of business cards over to redo but no joy
am stumped

even tried to do it via pc suite but could not fathom that either, it just says "call" when it rings no number!!!!

thanks for all the tips but its done, eventually
i changed the product code to aeuro one nothing else and now when i get a call their name and bunber pops up
