Upgraded Firmware and can't resort to backup ???
Arghhh, just downloaded the v20 firmware and took a full backup, now when I try to go to the backup file it does not appear to select and manually going to the folder (through PC Suite) only lets me select the ContentCopier folder and not the actual backup file which is there if I browse my C drive???
Any ideas as I've lost everything at the moment!

The Application Date/Nokia/ContentCopier folder (the one it defaults to), I can see the backup file sat in that folder

The Nokia PC Suite software even advises the latest backup was done and gives the date and time but finds nothing! Also tried moving the backup file to different folders and the desktop and it still finds nothing.

No error, just the backup screen remains blank and you can't select the file needed, doesn't even see the old file.

i'd say update your pc suite if you haven't already.
make sure you move the backup of your phone first incase it deletes it in the move

normal line, just in case: Have you restarted the systems??
and try a different version of PC suite... but as said... make sure you have a copy of your backup folder elsewhere so it doesnt disappear

There should be ..
a "scan PC for backup files" option .. or you're in backup and not "restore" ..
Good luck!
