Yup I noticed this too. Also, it seems like RotateMe bogs down on memory and can make things a bit laggy...

Yeah, same here, after a while it doesn't respond too well to keypresses to get it out of keylock. I thought it was that Nokia software that is watching everything I do (I installed that maybe a day after RotateMe) but since I have disabled auto-start for RotateMe, the phone is back up to normal speed.
But it is a brilliant app none-the-less!
Regards

I have decided that I am gona use RotateMe when web browsing, and thats about all really. I find it genius when browsing, as rotating the screen etc when typing in web addresses is slow and tiresome. But, with RotateMe it's great!

I noticed a little bit of slowdown too recently. And yesterday my phone battery flatted itself in a few hours, very unusual!! I am not saying it was definately RotateMe, but it's a suspect!

so rotateme just rotates the screen on say the N73 while on the n95 it does it just by tilting the phone?

and NokMote is desgined for browsing the phone and its folders using the tilt on the phone

yes indeedy Liam548. RotateMe on the N95 can be activated by movements, rather then a shortcut key.

Nokmote is for tilt movemement etc, whether that be controlling the menu, or a game etc.

maybe not the right forum to ask but i`ll try
a friend is getting the W960i on thursday and he has seen rotate me running on my N95 so he would like to know if it would work on his W960i in the same way? i see there is a uiq version availible and i think the 960 has a accelorometer so does anyone know if it works the same way as it does on the N95?

thanks

After reading through this post i came to one conclusion - technology is brilliant and new apps such as rotate me and nokmote are truely amazing but come on some people need to calm down is only a phone application! try go out have a good time whatever but for god sake sitting waiting for an app to be released...........?
A wise advert once taught me good things come to those who wait!

Didn't SonyEricsson release a phone that has this auto-rotation feature built in? Was it the W960i?

I've been trying to donate so that I can get "NokMote" and "ShutUp"... but it's not allowing me to do this :(

Got rotateMe2 working on the N95 though... and it's excellent
