Time Programmable Ring Profiles

I wish to create Time Programmable Ring Profiles for my Symbian phone.

For example, During the hours of 6-9am, I want a soft tone that rings once, from 9am to 5pm, vibrate only, from 5pm to 12am, regular ringing and overnight a low tone.

These ring profiles would automatically change based on the time of day and would require no user input.

Does anyone know if I can do this or where I would start to try doing this?
