All lil proggys should run on the 3650. Video on the 3650 is limited to 100kb max.

the biggest i had heard was 128Mb (this hasn't been confirmed i don't think).
video clip - 96Kb (about 15 secs) but with no sound. 3rd party software i would imagine will allow longer videos to be recorded.
software will work on the 7650 and 3650 (unless otherwise stated). they both run off Series 60.
check out ASS for software. it depends on what you want it to do. is it for business? games? just to improve the efficiency, etc of the phone?
