There are some applications for the 7650 that will probably work for the 3650. Webviewer and Doris Web browser. Check the AAS software directory and the News section for links to the demos!

I thought the 3650 came with an XHTML-browser. Afaik XHTML is a reformulation of HTML 4.01, therefor valid HTML 4 sites should work. Or am I terribly wrong?

There is no Opera browser for Series60 yet. 3650 has its own browser which can show both WAP and web pages.
