N75 doesn't display time text sent or sender?

I just got the N75 yesterday, and when I get a text, it doesn't tell me til I open the text who its from. Also, it doesn't tell me the time the text was sent unless I go into the menu and details. ANNOYING! I've looked thru the manual, and tried messing with the phone, I cant seem to find a setting to change this? Is there one?
