36 seconds to pin code entry
enter pin
press red button when nokia hands and noise start straight into standby screen
roughly 45 seconds for full start up 36 seconds for pin entry

After 2 weeks with this FW and reinstall it twice, I may conclude that start up time of this FW depend on how many applications that have to start with phone. It also involves with where these applications will be on phone or memory card. Sometime with some applications, phone will start without those autostart application or even worse phone start up failed.
We can not hack start up sequence on Symbian, can we?
