Video volume

Anyone else notice that the volume when playing back a video/funny clip is low?

I have had loads of videos/funny clips sent via bluetooth from friends, but they are much quieter when I play them back than they are when friends play them on their phones!

My volume is set to max.

Any ideas?

same here. It depends on the original file. Some of my videos are loud & some are soft in volume.
